Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket for a tour provided by Wyldside, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in the walking and sight-seeing tours organized by Wyldside, its directors, shareholders, employees, and any associated parties, carries inherent risks. These activities may include, but are not limited to, walking on uneven terrain, exposure to natural elements, encounters with wildlife, and other unpredictable environmental conditions that could result in serious injury or death.
2. Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in these tours is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. I further confirm that I have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in these activities.
3. Release of Liability: By purchasing a ticket, I, on behalf of myself and any other individuals for whom I am purchasing a ticket, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Wyldside, its directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and any other parties with an interest in Wyldside from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, injury, or death that may occur as a result of participation in any Wyldside tour.
4. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I confirm that I, and any individuals for whom I am purchasing a ticket, have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver and the terms and all terms and conditions in this recorded in this document. By completing the ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks involved in the activities and voluntarily choose to participate at my own risk.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyldside, its directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and any associated parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my involvement in the tours.
6. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wyldside operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in a Wyldside tour, I affirm that I have fully understood and agree to the terms and conditions of this liability waiver and all additional terms and conditions recorded in this document.

Terms & Conditions
Dependant on tour a minimum of 4 people is required to run any of our tours. We will notify you if the minimal numbers have not been met and a full refund will be given along with alternative dates or tours should you wish to move dates.
Wyldside Tours (the operator) operates throughout regions that are remote and may be effected by weather and road conditions.
The operator will endeavour to adhere to all tour details as published, however, circumstances beyond our control such as road and weather conditions or mechanical failure may require Wyldside Tours to alter or cancel any tour departure without notice. A full refund will be given if these circumstances result in a tour cancellation. However, NO REFUNDS or compensation will be given if a tour itinerary must be alerted due to inclement weather, medical events, injuries to employees, representatives or participants or mechanical issues/failures.
The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type, alter the itinerary or arrange an alternative operator if necessary.
Wyldside Tours cannot guarantee pick up or drop off times and are not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or events after the tour. The operator will not accept responsibility for any problem, complaint or claim resulting from the provision of a service or failure to provide a service by any travel partner, transportation, accommodation or other supplier. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients and their belongings, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events, which are beyond our control.
All personal items are carried at the risk of the Passenger. Do not bring valuables, do not bring identity documentation, do not bring passports, Wyldside Tours and/or its employees accepts no responsibilities, or is liable for any act of omission whatsoever (whether inside or outside their control) for any tour which may result in any loss, damage, detention, diversion or theft in regard to personal belongings, and will be exempt from liability in respect of direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage, irregularity, delay liability and additional expenses, or inconvenience or any other event beyond its control including loss, other services, any acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, delays, strikes or cancellation or changes in itinerary or schedules whatsoever, howsoever by whosoever caused.
There are no secure facilities for personal items, while on tour, you are specifically advised.
All children on any tour must be accompanied by an adult. Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
Language
All tours information is provided in English and guides exclusively speak English.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Public Tours
Full refund is permitted for cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to departure.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of tour departure will attract a 100% cancellation fee (including no-shows).
Reschedule is permitted for requests received more than 48 hours prior to departure. It is not guaranteed.
No changes are permitted within 48 hours of departure.
Tour Accessibility
Wyldside Tours are not suitable for people who require the use of wheelchairs or have disabilities and impaired mobility. Unfortunately, we are unable to store walking frames, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids on the coach.
